Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 2 working to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way! We will always aim to process order as fast as we possibly can

STORE PICKUP -  Is available upon request

Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please contact us if you wish to pick up your order. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using Royal Mail delivery Tracked 24 or 48. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping of under £20 of £2.49. In certain circumstances we may use an alternative courier & will still ensure you are provided tracking info. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Realm Wholesale  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@realmwholesale.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
